Are you in a badass state of mind right now?
Did you wake up this morning feeling like a badass?
Why or why not?
On November 11-12 I'm the keynote speaker at the Empowered Woman Success Summit in Miami. (If you haven't registered already get your tickets today! They are only $35 for a full day packed with content and networking opportunities)**
My speech is called "Badass is a State of Mind."
When I'm in a badass state of mind I'm clear, focused, productive and daring. I'm thinking big, taking risks, and willing to go out on the skinny branches. I'm breathing deep and hearing my own heart beat. I'm awake and filled with life.
We all want to be a bigger badass more often. What's your trick to consistently being in that frame of mind?
**I'm making myself available for six 20-minute private coaching sessions at the Summit on Nov 11/12 for Badass members that buy the $35 VIP entrance to the conference. Forward me your VIP registration via email immediately for a chance to sit down with me personally.

Hey badass women,
ReplyDeleteSo I just read this amazing book by my close writer friend, Veronica Roth. She's publishing it with Harper Collins next spring, and it's part of a trilogy.
DIVERGENT. You should all check it out. The main character, Tris, is a teenage BADASS in a dystopian world where she faces super hard choices about what she wants to do with her life. She chooses the harder path, and is fearless. It's awesome!

Hope you can check it out.

Love this blog - would love to hear you at the conference but I'm in Australia and completely tied up for November.
ReplyDeleteIf I knew how to consistently get into that badass state of mind it would be soooooo amazing!
I'm trying to get into the discipline of saying to myself "OK - you can do one thing - what is it?" By focusing down on the one thing I get into the focus and buzz - then it takes about half the time I thought it would and I can go "Yay Hey - I'm good - what's next?" THEN I'm into the badass zone ... and the day swims away into a heaven of achievement, deadlines met, self-esteem rising, smile on the dial :-)
The chief asked us, "We all want to be a bigger badass more often. What's your trick to consistently being in that frame of mind?"
ReplyDelete3 years ago I created a self-commercial that I listen to EVERY day to help create myself and my badass state of mind. I got the idea from the book The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz, Ph.D. (the most important book in my library!)
I'm so amazed at what i've been able to create in my life from listening to it that I want to share it with all you other badass women out there. Hopefully you will be inspired and create your own! You can listen to it here:
