The Real Goals

When’s the last time you sat down for 45 minutes – uninterrupted - and wrote down your goals? Your professional goals. Your personal goals. Where you want to be 6 months from now. Where you want to be three years from now.

I dare you to do it.

I dare you to have the GUTS to think big. To set goals you have no idea how to accomplish. To push yourself so far out of your comfort zone that you can barely see straight. We are here. Ready to hear what your REAL goals are.

Did you watch the 3 minute video above? When the universe directly spoke to me, on stage, on Friday morning while I was giving that speech? WILD.

PS – For those of you who are on the edge of your seat wondering what the “Treat” is, it’s still in the works. More details coming soon.

  1. Thanks Jessica: really great goal! Let me know how I can help you get there.

Not sure if this is where you wanted it posted but here is one of my big goals:

I want to be a part of the team that creates the breakthroughs that produce hydrogen at a cost per BTU or GGE so significantly below the cost of hydrocarbons that it leads us all / pulls us all, far more rapidly towards an alt energy/ alt fuel, especially a hydrogen related, energy structure. I want to be part of the team that creates ubiquitous, sustainable, renewable, clean, and relatively inexpensive energy for everyone. I want to be a part of the team that races this energy capability/ source out to all parts of the globe. I want to be part of the team that creates such a compelling and attractive energy option that we forever eliminate oil resources as a source for global conflict. I want to be part of the team that creates this game changing technology and sets the stage for a better world for our children.

  2. Great exercise! You look so happy and full of life! Here are my goals that I can say with ease thus far.
My little big goal is to graduate in December. I worked super long and hard for this degree, so you know how excited I am. After I obtain my degree, I intend to work for Bacardi, no matter how many of my contacts I have to harass. I am already using them to get my foot into a great internship, which could possibly turn into something bigger.
The goal I don't share is that I want to start a small business. I’ve always said that I didn't want to own my own business, but the more I think of it, the more I ask myself "why not or why did I ever think that I couldn't." I have a few ideas; just have to get it down to one that is bound to work.
I am doing a lot of soul searching and loving life. I will stop now before I take up the entire blog. lol

  3. Hello Jessica,

My first goal is a simple one. I just crashed and nearly totaled my Mazda today so my first goal will be to either get it repaired or replace it. I loved that car!

    My short-term goals include:

-Quitting my 9 to 5 to work on growing my own business. I would like to be out of this 9 to 5 within the next three months-Being able to afford to enroll my daughter in private school-Find time to go to the gym-Visit my step-father in Ohio before he kicks the bucket-Complete my bachelors degree-Purchase the Sony HDR-XR550V-Become more organized

    My long-term goals include:

Complete my autobiography-Become one of the baddest Internet marketing firms in the United States-Tour all over the world as a motivational speaker-I’m not sure how yet, but I want to reach out and help abused children escape from their situations-Vacation in Fiji-Own my own 52’ fishing boat-Somehow being involved in the process of changing the current rape and child abuse laws to stricter laws-Earn 300 million dollars-Go sky-diving

I loved your presentation at the Empowered Woman’s Summit last week. I also love what you did for the women in Africa. The world definitely needs more people like you.

    Thanks!
